DELIVERY

We do not offer standard/regular delivery for our customers currently. All orders will be despatched by AusPost express, Shipping price $10.00 and FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $100 Australia Wide.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

l        Goods are delivered via AusPost Express

l        Delivery can take 1 to 3 business days depending on location within Australia, once the order has been shipped (Excluding weekends and public holidays).

l        Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods/public holidays, such as sale promotions and Christmas.

l        We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for such things as transportation strikes, severe weather etc.

STATUS OF DELIVERY & TRACKING

l        An automatic response is sent to your nominated email address for confirming your order details and status “Complete" once payment is successful.

l        This status will not change until the day your order is ready to be despatched and picked up from our distribution centre by Australia Post. Your order status will change to “Shipped” .

l        An automatic email will be sent to your nominated email address with the tracking number.

l        You should receive your parcel within 1 to 3 working days when your order status has changed to “shipped” for most locations. Please allow one extra day or two for WA, NT, Far NQ and TAS locations due to Australia Post delivery network system.

l        Express Post parcels are not scanned again until the parcel reaches the destination.
