Step 1: Detangle Before you wash, make sure you carefully detangle the hair using a wide tooth brush. Start from ends and work toward the root to decrease shedding.

Step 2: Rinse Fill your sink basin with cold water. Leave the wig to soak in the basin for about 15 minutes.

Step 3: Shampoo Loosen shampoo in your hands and work through the hair. Distribute a small amount of shampoo evenly throughout the hair. Gently scrub the front of the wig cap, where it meets the forehead until clean.

Step 4: Conditioner A) For synthetic hair: use fabric softner B) For human hair: use conditoner Leave in for a few minutes before rinsing. Do NOT apply conditioner to the root. Tip: If dry or damaged, use a deep conditioner

Step 5: Rinse Let cold water flow in the same direction of the hair to avoid tangling. Squeeze and press the hair; do NOT wring. Tip: Towel blot to remove excess water It is very important to use cool water on curly wigs, as warm water will over-relax the curls.

Step 6: Dry A) For synthetic hair: Spread the wig out on a towel or hang on a wig stand and leave in a ventilated area to dry overnight. You should spray on a little leave-in wig conditioner, when you start the drying process. This will make the synthetic hair soft and natural looking. B) For human hair: Blow dry about 80% and then round brush until smooth

Heat resistant synthetic fibre is a new trend in synthetic wigs. It is lighter and cooler to wear than normal synthetic fabre. The great benefit is the hair can be curled or straightened using heating tools. The degree shows the different max temperature the fabric can tolerate.

For example, if a product named Amy-180°C, it means this product can be restyle by heat under 180°C. Please bear in mind the degree is the maximum temperature it can tolerate but not necessarily the required temperature to style a product.

90% of the wigs we stock are average head size wig.

In general, the average head size wig is a good fit for the majority of people. That means if your head measurement is between 21" and 22½, you can wear wigs in our store. All of our wigs come with adjustable straps in the hair cap which allow you to adjust the size further to fit yourself. Measure your head with a tape going around the forehead at the hairline, under the hair, behind the ears and around the nape of the neck.

•It is not neccessary to wash wigs very often. Picking up odours and “hat” stains on the cap at the forehead, are reasons to consider giving it a bath.

Frequent washing doesn’t make the synthetic hair become better condition. Think of it like a fine cashmere sweater.

• Depending on the wig’s environment, this will vary from every 12-25 wearings.

• If you wear a wig every day, it’s a good idea to have a back-up wig, so you won’t be “down” for washings. It is normal to have hair shed from the wig, however do not keep pulling the hair trying to clean that up.

There are three different synthetic fabric we carry, the normal synthetic, 180°C heat resistant synthetic & 220°C heat resistant synthetic.

You can use heating tools on the heat resistant fibres only under the degree instruction but you can NOT use heat on the normal synthetic ones.

Before you make the order, please look carefully which fabric that product is categories under.

No, you can’t dye or colour your synthetic wig.

Think of your wig as a template and with a little customizing it will look sensational.

Synthetic wigs may possibly lose some shape while stored in their packaging box.

To have your wig looking its best please follow the instructions below:

Remove your wig from its packaging box as soon as possible. We recommend you let your wig "air out" for at least 24 hours before use. It is normal to have some shedding of hair from the wig.

A) For Straight Wig Styles: Shake to add volume, then lightly comb or brush into shape.

B) For Curly Wig Styles: Avoid combing or brushing - shake wig out and style with your fingers.

To extend the life of your wig and keep it looking beautiful, ensure you use proper wig care products. Treat it like you would your real hair.

Human hair is more versatility (can be heat styled and coloured), longer durability and custom-styling.

Synthetic hair is easy to maintain (wash and wear), less expensive than human hair, easy to style, pre-styled to hold its shape.

Choosing between a human hair wig and a synthetic hair is more of a personal preference.

The term “REMY” refers to the characteristics of the hair and the method used to manufacture the hair extensions. REMY has qualities such as uni-lateral cuticle direction, which basically means the hair follicles all go in one single direction. Remy hair is collected in a method in which all hair strands stay aligned in the natural direction as it grew (i.e. holding the hair in a ponytail and cutting), top at top, and ends at ends, to maintain the natural texture pattern and cuticle direction. This eliminates tangling problems commonly found in non-Remy or low quality hair. Remy hair is only lightly processed. Because of the method of collection, this type of hair is in short supply and is therefore quite expensive. The majority of human hair sold today is non-Remy hair. The cuticle for each hair strand does not tend to be in all the same direction. It is in greater supply and is therefore much cheaper than Remy Hair. In another word, remy hair is the high end product of natural human hair.
